**Job description**
- Proactively initiate outbound calls to remind account holders of upcoming credit card or loan payments, ensuring timely action.
- Serve as the key point of contact to address and negotiate with account holders regarding their payment concerns, fostering open and constructive communication.
- Skillfully persuade and collaborate with account holders to develop practical and mutually beneficial repayment plans.
- Diligently follow up and track account holders’ payments, ensuring all actions are taken in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist with necessary documentation to support the collection process and ensure a smooth workflow.

Requirement:

- Good Communication in English and Bahasa.
- Fresh graduate with good communication skill is encouraged to apply.
- Training will be provided; Require fast learner applicant.
- Malaysian applicant
