Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute social media strategies to promote our services, attract clients, and generate leads.
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including articles, infographics, videos, and interactive posts, to educate and inform our audience about financial topics.
- Manage all social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across platforms.
- Monitor social media channels for relevant conversations and engage with users through comments, messages, and community interactions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media activities with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Conduct regular analysis of social media performance metrics, such as engagement rates, reach, and conversions, and use insights to optimize content and strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Cultivate relationships with influencers, industry experts, and relevant stakeholders to expand our reach and credibility within the financial consultation space.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Finance, or related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content tailored to different audiences and platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics and insights to drive decision-making.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and creating engaging content.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
