Ensure the projects site have been complied with the legal and authority requirements, including Safety & Health policies, procedures, rules and regulations are adhered to and are regularly reviewed and communicated.
- Reporting to Project Manager and IAC Department immediately if any fatal and serious accident and dangerous occurrences.
- Ensure that all accidents are documented, investigated and recommended improvements implemented.
- Maintaining and analyzing incident statistic and submit report to IAC Department including preparing HIRARC (Hazard identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control) and JSA (Job Safety Analysis).
- Assessing, advising and organizing safety training and education to enhance safety awareness and safety skill for workers and site staffs.
- Promoting and participating in safety committee activities and maintain appropriate records, including Safety Meeting, Toolbox, New worker’s induction and etc.
- Ensure safety audit and inspection are carried out at regular intervals submit report to IAC Department.
- Maintaining all appropriate Health and Safety filing system / records of the project size.
- Ensure the Company meets its statutory obligations in all areas pertaining to health, safety, Environment and welfare at work place, including statutory training and reporting.
- Attend the meeting, where Safety, Health and Environment in the meeting agenda.
- Monitor the sub-contractors and third parties work performance on the Safety, Health and Environmental issues.
- Preparing Safety and Health Monthly Report and submit to the IAC Department every before 10th on the following month.
- Provide supports to the company quality management system (QMS) for its effectiveness.
- Any other reasonable duties which may be required by immediate superior/HOD from time to time.
- **Job Requirements**:_
- Must possess a **valid Green Book** and SHO Certificate certified by DOSH.
- Must be willing to work in **Hulu Selangor **or **any other location** to be assigned later.
- At least 5 years of working experience in **building construction** (high-rise, multi-level is an added advantage).
- Knowledge in **ISO 9001**, **ISO 14001** and **ISO 45001**.
- Good working knowledge in both written and spoken in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Good in communication skills, conflict management, problem-solving, leadership and reporting skills.

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
