**Salary**: RM1,800 - RM2,200
Working Hours:

- Monday - Friday (1:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
- Saturday (9:00 AM - 1:00 PM)

Location: 860-1, Jalan Permatang Tengah, Taman Perkasa, 13000 Butterworth, Pulau Pinang

1) Deliver quality mathematics lessons for students in Standard 4, 5, and 6
2) Customize teaching methods according to students’ individual needs to enhance academic success
3) Regularly assess student abilities and provide constructive feedback
4) Contribute to curriculum development and adjustments based on student needs and educational changes
5) Handle daily administrative tasks such as scheduling classes, managing student data, and maintaining performance records
6) Communicate effectively with students and parents regarding academic progress and development
7) Organize parent-teacher meetings and maintain positive community engagement
8 Host daily live sessions to build personal branding as a teacher and interact directly with viewers
9) Assist and advise participants during live sessions, and collect customer information for enrollment purposes
10) Support sales and marketing efforts by creating video tutorials and educational content to help parents guide their children to achieve A grades in mathematics
11) Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to create engaging campaigns aligned with customer needs
12) Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, issues, and feedback professionally
13) Build partnerships with schools, education centers, and local communities to promote mathematics courses
14) Participate in education fairs and community events to expand the course’s outreach

**Preferred Qualifications**
1) 1-2 years of teaching experience is an advantage
2) Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3) Passionate about education and helping students achieve their full potential
4) Comfortable conducting live sessions and engaging audiences online
5) Creative and proactive in content creation for marketing and educational purposes
6) Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and efficiently
