**Job Description**:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Content Manager to join our global Program Management Team based in Penang, Malaysia. As a Content Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate organization, naming, tagging, and filing of marketing assets in our digital archives. You will primarily work with Microsoft SharePoint for internal asset management and use Adobe Studio as a partner-facing digital asset management platform.
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and program management teams, to understand asset management requirements and ensure timely and accurate organization of marketing assets.
- Utilize SharePoint to manage and organize marketing assets in a digital archive, ensuring proper naming conventions, tagging, and file structures are in place.
- Work closely with the Program Management Team to establish efficient workflows and processes for asset management, including asset creation, version control, and archiving.
- Use Studio (or equivalent partner-facing digital asset management platform) to upload, organize, and distribute marketing assets to external partners, ensuring accurate metadata and permissions are assigned.
- Perform regular audits and maintenance of the digital asset management systems to ensure data integrity, accessibility, and compliance with brand guidelines.
- Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on asset management best practices, systems, and processes.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices in asset management, digital archiving, and metadata standards.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in content management, digital asset management, or program management, preferably in a marketing or creative agency environment.
- Proficiency in using SharePoint or similar content management systems for internal asset management.
- Experience working with Studio or equivalent partner-facing digital asset management platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage and maintain large volumes of marketing assets.
- Familiarity with metadata standards and best practices for effective asset tagging and searchability.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global team environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
