**Junior Sales Executive**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- **Sales Process**: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals and post-sales follow-up.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify potential opportunities.
- **Sales Reporting**: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to management.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales team to achieve common goals and share best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- A passion for technology and a desire to learn new skills.
- 0-2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Strong understanding of software development & IT consulting services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- A strong desire to succeed and achieve sales targets.
- Ability to work remotely, independently and as part of a team

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
