**HOST STREAMING**

**Job Requirement**

1. Comfortable with rosters and shift arrangements.
- Morning: 9.00am to 6.00pm
- Noon: 1.00pm - 10.00pm
- Night: 3.00pm - 12.00am
- Weekends.

2. Familiarity with the TikTok platform and its algorithm is an advantage.

3. Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.

4. Cheerful, energetic, and confident on camera during live sessions.

5. Commitment to work 5.5 days a week, conducting 2-3 live broadcasts per day, each lasting 2 hours.

6. Willing to work on the roster and weekends.

**Job Responsibility**

1. Conduct live streaming sessions on our Tiktok channel to engage with our audience and promote our products.

2. Assists other live hosts during their live session

3. Monitor viewer engagement and adapt your content and approach to maximise audience interaction.

4. Demonstrate and showcase product features, answer questions, and provide real-time product recommendations during live broadcasts.

5. Leverage your live selling experience to drive sales and achieve targets.

6. Prepare scripts and flow to ensure smooth live sessions.

7. Collaborate with the video production team to assist in short video shooting

8. Cultivate and maintain an interest in live broadcasting

9. Present products with confidence and charisma in front of camera

10. Set and work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
