JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Understanding the overall Linear and Video On Demand operation processes and landscape (ingest, housemaster, subtitling, etc.) for a seamless, end-to-end, and timely execution of channel and content planning for both platforms.
- Liaising with international and local content providers by communicating internal requests externally, creating strategic delivery timeline schedules to ensure a smooth arrangement of media and promotional assets and close monitoring of the deliveries.
- Working closely with multiple internal stakeholders (Linear and VOD Ops, Media Library, QC, Subtitling, Censorship, Network Scheduling, Playout, etc.) to ensure the acquired content is ready for telecast without any issues as per BAU requirement.
- Preparing the monthly programming schedule (FPC) of the Playout Channel based on the channel strategy, and make necessary changes based on content updates set by the Brand Manager.
- Providing relevant promotional materials (high resolution stills, trailers, promos, write-ups, synopsis, etc.) to the Promo producers and Marketing team in advance to ensure the timely creation of content promotions.
- Supporting and working closely with the Brand Manager in formulating content projection plans to improve channels’ content offerings, keeping up-to-date with the latest channel strategy, and provide necessary updates on the content planning in progress.
- Assisting the Brand Manager on the execution of special projects i.e., pop-up channels, co-productions, etc.
- Keeping abreast with new and library content offerings under English General Entertainment and Lifestyle content pillars to assist VOD team with content selections based on the bi-weekly thematic curations.
- Providing relevant feedback and solution to Customer team with regards to customers queries and complaints.
- To observe and create a competitive content analysis in view of the latest programme offerings, media trend insights, and media landscape changes and updates that will support future content acquisition.
- Performing the tracking, compilation and analysis of content performances based on various viewership measurements.
- Providing inputs for content offering and channel promotion improvements based on the market needs.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent or better qualification in Communications or related field.
- Strong English proficiency and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Experienced in project management and execution, and detail-oriented.
- Able to consistently deliver assigned volumes while handling tight timelines.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, a self-starter and efficient.
- Good knowledge and understanding of content, broadcast, and OTT platforms.
- Aptitude in understanding technical issues and its impact towards the business model.
- Interest and knowledge of both the content and media (platform) industry.
- Basic analytical thinking skills with strong computing skills (Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoint).
