QAqc Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure architectural and structural works comply with quality standards, drawings, and project specifications.
- Conduct inspections on materials, workmanship, and installation for all architectural and structural elements.
- Supervise site activities related to concrete works, steel structures, and architectural finishing.
- Maintain and update QA/QC documentation, including inspection reports, material test records, and structural certifications.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements in all site activities.
- Coordinate with project teams to identify and resolve quality issues, recommending corrective and preventive actions where necessary.
- Provide training and guidance to site teams on quality control procedures, inspection methods, and best practices.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall project quality and workmanship standards.
