**Responsibility**

- 处理应付账款和应收账款,确保及时准确的付款和收款。
- 使用Microsoft Office软件进行数据分析和财务分析,为管理层提供决策支持。
- 协助进行内部审计和税务合规工作,确保公司财务运作符合相关法规。
- 准备和分析财务报表,提供财务报告和分析,以支持业务决策。
- 与客户进行有效沟通,了解其需求并提供专业的会计和税务咨询服务。
- 进行财务数据分析,识别潜在的风险和机会,并提出改进建议。

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring accurate and timely processing of account payables and receivables.
- Perform comprehensive data analysis and financial analysis to support auditing processes and tax compliance requirements.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to prepare financial reports, presentations, and other necessary documentation.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams in both English and Mandarin to address inquiries and resolve issues.
- Ensure adherence to accounting principles and tax regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and guidelines.
- Assist in the preparation and review of tax returns, ensuring compliance with local tax laws and regulations.
- Conduct regular account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.

**Responsibility**
- Manage and maintain client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for all accounting and tax-related inquiries.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis and auditing procedures to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax regulations and deadlines.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to create reports, analyze data, and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and proactive problem-solving.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other accounting reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Support senior staff with tax planning and compliance strategies, contributing to the overall financial health of client organizations.
