1) **Proofread and edit copies to be distributed internally and externally.**
- Edit and/or write copies for greater clarity, including but not limited to letters, presentation decks, and marketing collaterals.
- Communicate with relevant stakeholders to produce quality copies

2- **Plan and coordinate corporate communications activities.**
- Ensure assigned tasks/projects are completed before deadline.
- Develop, manage, and update content on the corporate website, where necessary
- Monitor adherence to corporate brand guidelines

3- **Assist and support the Department in the execution of sustainability initiatives**
- Coordinate sustainability efforts to enhance GDEX's environmental, social, and governance (ESG) responsibilities
- Compile data for the annual corporate sustainability report
- Be updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in sustainability

4-**Assist in other ad-hoc assignments and projects as required by the Department**

Qualifications and Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Corporate Communications, Sustainability, or other related fields
- High proficiency in spoken and written English is a must, fluency in written Bahasa Malaysia is a plus
- Team player, possesses good communication and interpersonal skills
- Efficient time management and innovative thinking

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
