- Purpose:

- The Facilities Support Administrator provide key assistance to Facilities Support Lead in driving Compliance and Improvement agenda in Terminal Operations in SEA cluster.
- They function as the prime mover to provide support to Facilities team and to ensure delivery of Terminal Operation goals and business performance
- Accountabilities:

- Work with Facilities team and appropriate SMEs to understand and embed the operating model and work to improve ways of working, including flow of information within Facilities.
- Provide support for competency management program of terminal staffs. Track monitor and report relevant competence status of terminal staffs. Work with Training Coordinator to provide overview of Terminal Operations competences status.
- Responsible to coordinate for Terminal Operation Incident Review. Ensure a smooth platform created to promote sharing and learning in SEA Terminal Operation including action tracking and performance analysis
- Support terminals in implementing cluster-wide changes. Act as online tools (ePTW, eMOC, STAT, etc) superuser and provide support where required
- Prepare performance dashboard/report for the Facilities Manager on regular basis. Ensure that report includes trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collect, analyze and interpret data related to Facilities business performance. Ensure that data collation activities are done in simplest way possible utilizing available systems and with mínimal request to terminal staff to submit data.
- Work closely with Improvement/Digitalization Lead to drive improvement in data analytics.
- Assist Facilities Support Lead as Facilities Contract Holder in managing all centralized Terminal operation contracts
- Support and ensure license/permit renewals are carried out on time for all terminals
- Support sustainability and energy transition program in work scope where relevant and ensure alignment across teams.
- Responsible for key Facilities and Trading and Supply program such as Perdana Award and TOS conference
- To provide administrative support to Facilities Support Lead on compliance, audit and assurance, operations excellence and operations support related matters
- Requirement:

- Bachelor Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain or Business Studies.
- Willing to work on flexible hours including weekends- Well organized, independent and proactive
- Able to simplify and implement practical solutions when dealing with various initiatives
- Possesses strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills**Benefits**:
