**Job Summary**

To manage the decocting of the herbal medication, preparation, packing properties control. 管理中药的煎煮、制备、包装及性质控制

**Job** **Responsibilities**

1. Prepare and decocting the herbal medication prescription accordingly or instructions from herbalist and relevant immediate superior.（根据药师，主任药师指导下，按质量将病患药物减好）

2. Manage the decocting room equipment, inventory, and facilities, packaging. （负责煎药房区域的设备管理）

3. Monitoring and manage prescription herbal medication by observe patient name ,MRN, date ,packing properties and amount. During herbs delivered to dispensary to dispensary counter double check. (管理，配好的要中药煎锅前对所有的资讯如姓名，包装数量，确保无误后方可煎煮。将中药夜交到柜台时再次核对姓名，牌号，日期。）

4.To undertake any other duties as delegated by the immediate superior.（承担药师，主任药师的其他工作）

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in both Chinese and English (written and verbal communication skills) （有良好的中文，英文书写及沟通能力）
- SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) or above
- **Strong communication and teamwork skills**, with the ability to work independently.
