**Job Vacancy: Logistic Admin**:
- Location:_ Nilai, Negeri Sembilan

**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and manage shipping documents such as delivery orders, invoices, and packing lists.
- Coordinate with transporters, warehouse, and customers to ensure timely delivery and collection.
- Monitor and update shipment schedules, delivery status, and stock movement records.
- Handle export documentation.
- Maintain filing and record-keeping for all logistics-related documents.
- Assist in preparing monthly logistics reports and cost tracking.
- Support general administrative tasks related to logistics and operations.
- Support daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Coordinate with other departments as required
**Requirements**:
- **Preferably Male** (able to assist with basic logistics and office errands when needed)
- Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in logistics or administrative role (fresh graduates may be considered).
- Good communication skills in **Bahasa Malaysia and English** (Mandarin is an added advantage).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Organized, proactive, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently
- Have driving license
**Working Hours**:
- Monday to Friday: 08.15am - 05.15pm
- Saturday to Sunday : OFF
