We are looking for a talented full-time Record to Report / Accountant to join our growing Finance team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform full financial close process, ensuring timely and accurate submission of financial reports.
- Perform general ledger accounting, prepare monthly account reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Implement accounting policies and internal control procedures
- Facilitate completion of annual group audit and annual statutory audit. Execute tasks in the PBC list providing supporting documents to auditors, variance analysis, and other internal and external audit tasks.
- Communicate directly with statutory auditors.
- Support finance-related and system enhancement projects (process improvements, automation, etc.).
- Responsible for quarterly GST/VAT/WHT returns
- Support other ad-hoc accounting activities, reporting duties, and projects
- Maintenance of General Ledger master data
- All GL related journals including journal approvals, journal posting and documentation.
- Cost Allocation for Facility Cost & Others P&L Cost.
- Cost center checks and reclassification.
- Prepare, document & manage all month end control processes, ensure to meet global closing timeline.
- Provide guidance and assistance relating to finance matters to internal stakeholders.
- Review processes and maintain internal controls.
- Intercompany entry and settlement. Ensure proper accounting for expenses and timely Intercompany settlement.
- Fixed asset capitalization and initiate monthly recurring depreciation program.
- Perform monthly Group consolidation Process.

- Degree qualifications in Accountancy or Finance
- Accounting background with 8-10 years of relevant working experience
- Advanced skills in Excel and Word
- Team player
- Possess a positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Excellent time management skills
- Good written, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact proactively with senior management
- Attention to detail
- Able to meet tight deadlines and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- To succeed in this role, you will need to be a self-motivated individual who possess strong technical skills and are able to work well within a small finance team to support stakeholders across Asia, Europe and North America.
- Proven IT industry experience and knowledge of NetSuite is a plus
