Entry Requirements: - (Experience) Certificate holder with minimum of 2 to 5 years working experience is welcome to apply. (Senior >5years) - Working experience in the related field is an added advantage for this position. - Good interpersonal, communication skills and strong analytical strength to handle complex problems. - Experience in preventive maintenance system & spare parts consumption is an added advantage. - Able to work with minimum supervision. Special requirement based on fields & process: - Printer Technician - Experience in firing furnace, printing process, PLC programming, automation system (advantage) - Wet Technician - Experience handling and maintaining chemical process equipment, and understanding chemical safety. E.g. acid and solvent handling procedure - Thermal Technician - Experience in PECVD tools maintenance minimizes troubleshooting, downtime improvement, improves Cell quality, and extends equipment lifetime & Familiar with gas related equipment handling/maintenance with safety procedures. - Laser Technician - Added knowledge in optical (Wafer related Calibration) and physics; knowledge in Laser Calibration and trouble Shooting will be advantage. - Metrology Technician - Experience in basic calibration, Able to use excel and SQL system, basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting knowledge. - TQA Technician - Experience in Production process engineering, problem solving and process line troubleshooting is an added advantage. - To perform machine troubleshooting, maintenance, daily check, safety, 5S, spare part management and cost saving activity. - To participate in team meetings for task coordination and prioritization. - Escalate in case of delays or conflicts according to escalation flow. - To meet individual and team goals. - To carry out, monitor and perform PM’s for related machine - To carry out tools troubleshooting for related machine in a timely manner - Work closely with team members from other relevant departments - To work on shift if required by superior - To attend to ERT calls (applicable to ERT members only). - To control, organize spare parts and tools and assist engineer in spare part consumption and cost reduction. - To conduct and participate in TBM, ensure safety and environmental working procedures are followed. - Regularly ensuring continues training and awareness on hazards in the working area. - Becoming mentor to new hire and on job training if required. - To assist engineers in implementation of upgrades, alteration, improvement (CIP) or retrofits to the machines. - Validate improvement ideas and drive. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From RM1,900.00 per month **Benefits**: - Free parking - Health insurance - Maternity leave - Meal allowance - Opportunities for promotion - Parental leave - Professional development Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 10/01/2025
