**The role will be responsible for providing paralegal support related to legal and compliance matters.**
- Draft, edit, and review legal documents, including contracts and agreements, as well as business correspondence and memos
- Gather, organize, cross-reference, and manage data, records, contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
- Perform research on various compliance topics, and assist in drafting, responding, and follow-up on compliance matters
- Assist in planning, developing, implementing, reviewing, and updating compliance policies and procedures.
- Assist with due diligence on third parties.
- Assist with trademark registration/renewal process management and tracking
- Maintain logs of assigned matters and their status, ensuring all necessary information is properly filed.
- Provide general administrative support to the team
- Ad-hoc duties as requested

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in law. Paralegal certificate or equivalent training preferred.
- Basic understanding of contract laws and other regulations related to the financial industry
- Prior compliance and/or legal experience preferred
- Excellent analytical capability, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple work-streams.
- Exceptional communication skills, English-writing skills, problem-solving skills and independent research skills
- Ability to work in multi-discipline teams and multicultural environments in a reliable and highly professional manner
