**The Data Analyst is accountable for**:

- Creating and developing reports, data models, analysis, and statistical calculations as needed.
- Supporting client and internal reporting needs, such as running monthly/quarterly reports as well as ad hoc reports.
- Analyzing past and present operations trends, identify root causes, and create predictive analysis that drives process improvement
- Interpreting data and communicate the findings with executive stakeholders, management, business partners as well as other employees up to and including those in leadership positions.
- Ongoing Innovation and Improvement - maintain current knowledge of business intelligence trends and recommend improvements to processes for measurement, control and analysis.

**Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience**:

- Analysis - Experience or training in business intelligence, data analytics, data science, or reporting & analysis.
- Experience with Excel.
- Problem Solving - Demonstrate excellence at troubleshooting, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Communication - Present information confidently and effectively in person, over the phone, and through writing.
- Accuracy - Possess a high attention to detail.
- Independence - Ability to self-govern and project manage without constant oversight.
- Teamwork - Develop strong relationships with stakeholders and colleagues.
- Seeking at least 2 years of experience in data analytics.
