Admin Assistant/executive

Work location: Taman Sutera Utama, Johor Bahru
We are looking for an well-organized Client Management Assistant to provide the necessary support to the Department.
**Responsibilities**:
- Act as a point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
- Responsible on researching, routing correspondence, drafting letters/ documents and collecting and analyzing of information.
- Handle incoming calls and messages professionally.
- Responsible for the daily operation of the information desk.
- Take minutes during meetings.
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.
**Requirements**:
- Possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Degree in Business.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
- Good computer skills (MS Office).
- Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Malay.
- Good time management and ability to multi-task.
- Possess good problem-solving skill.
- Responsible and flexible with a positive working attitude.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- Mandarin (preferred)
