About the Role
Responsible for capturing data from various sources into the system for data analytics.
Job Description- Review and verify all claims billing and invoices to identify relevant itemized charges.- Post-claim assessment data input by capturing claims information and details for future analysis and potential automation.- Ensure meeting individual quality, turnaround time and productivity benchmark.- Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by immediate manager in order to meet business requirements.- Prepares regular reporting to management on metrics relating to business, operations, risk, compliance, workforce, etc. or statutory authorities on regulatory metrics.- Develop procedures for reporting, extract, collate and populate data to reporting template.- Validate data accuracy and liaise with relevant parties to rectify data quality.
Job Requirement- Open to Fresh Graduate in any education field.-
- Self-motivated and customer orientated.- Time management skills.- Computer literate in Microsoft Office.- Good dedication at work, good demeanor, willing to learn.- Able to adapt desk-bound working environment, working shift including weekend on rotation basis & able to work overtime beyond normal office hour (including weekend & public holiday).- The role is required to follow Hong Kong working calendar.
