Key responsibilities
- Outbound calling: Contacting potential or existing customers by phone to pitch products or services.
- Product knowledge: Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products or services to clearly explain pricing, and details.
- Sales persuasion: Using persuasive techniques to influence customers to take services.
- Customer relationship management: Recording customer information, handling inquiries, and follow-up with customers.
- Data entry: Accurately recording customer inquiry details and information.
- Goal achievement: Meeting set targets for the number of calls made and sales achieved.

Required skills and qualifications
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a clear and confident phone manner.
- Persuasion: Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to influence buying decisions.
- Resilience: The ability to handle rejection and maintain motivation in a sales-driven environment.
- Computer literacy: Basic computer skills, including familiarity with desktop whatsapp, CRM systems.
- Organizational skills: Ability to manage customer information, track calls, and follow up effectively.
- Problem-solving: Skill in resolving customer inquiries and provide solutions.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
