**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Major Account Managers to join our team.

This position requires an individual who can build long-lasting business relationships to maximize sales growth and enhance the brand's reputation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive sales through market penetration and coverage.
- Generate new sales opportunities by prospecting and developing new clients.
- Develop strategies to expand and grow the business.
- Identify marketing trends and insights and optimize sales performance.
- Present our digital solutions not limited to our machines to clients, ensuring seamless understanding of our services.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create and execute sales campaigns.
- Manage and grow client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the whole customer journey.
- Collaborate with various teams within the organization to ensure seamless client delivery.
- Carry out market research to gather customer insights and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Maintain excellent communication and negotiation skills with all stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales or related field.
- Fresh graduates to 5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in **digital IT solutioning sales, software, hardware and IT Outsourcing**:

- Knowledge of industry trends and passionate to keep up to date of the latest digital solutions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
- A self-starter who can work independently and has a creative approach to solving problems.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize duties according to urgency.
- Proven track record in successful sales, account growth and management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable with presenting, negotiating, and closing deals.

We provide the necessary resources for intensive training and development. We have a comprehensive onboarding process that includes specific training on our products and services.

We also provide ongoing support to ensure that our Major Account Managers is equipped with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed in their role.

**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
