Assistant Planner

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and schedules workflow for each department and operate according to previous established manufacturing sequences and lead time.
- Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand.
- Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
- Monitor the overall situation including incoming orders, supply chain problems, market changes and inventory issues to minimize the impact on production.
- Interprets the sales forecast into a integrated material plan, liaises with marketing and purchasing department to ensure cost-effective and on-time manufacture of quality products.
- Check date-sensitive raw material or finished goods for expiration and facilitate removal or transfer of product as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in food studies
- At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in manufacturing industry
- Good in communication, management skills and organizational skills
- Familiar with quality and health, safety standards (OSHA,HACCP) will be add an extra advantage.
- Fluent communication and written skills in English, Malay and Chinese will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
