**A. MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Participate in the development of WIM based on the latest NOSS according to the program
- Review and refine the WIM periodically
- Prepare and submit the Teaching Plan (RP) records to the Head of Department every Friday - two weeks before the training sessions
- Regularly update the RPK & trainee portfolio according to the training schedule
- Teach Core Ability/Social Skills to trainees
- **(Zero Absence)** Ensure trainee thumbprint records & attendance books are always updated, and submit the monthly attendance percentage to the Head of Department - on or before the 31st of each month
- **(Zero Debt)** Ensure all trainees make their monthly fee payments - including registration/hostel fees and others
- **(Zero Failure)** Ensure all trainees pass verification - no re-assessments
- Prepare and submit trainee performance reports for parents/guardians (every 3 months) to the Head of Department - according to the scheduled timeline

**B. PORTFOLIO VERIFICATION RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensure final exam questions are ready according to the JSU - two (2) months before verification
- Ensure workshop equipment is adequate and safe for verification purposes
- Prepare the Trainee Verification Report/Summary with the Management and PPL
- Provide transcripts for trainees

**C. COMPUTER LAB EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Submit a Material Requisition Form (MRF) for the addition of consumable materials - one (1) month before training sessions
- Perform detailed inspections of permanent equipment in the PC lab and ensure functionality - every two (2) weeks
- Maintain the PC lab in good condition
- Consistently implement the 5S practice with trainees in the lab/tutorial sessions
- Other tasks as assigned by the Manager / Management.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
