Job Title: Billing Executive (Excel Pivot Tables)

Working Hours: 10am - 7pm (Mon - Fri)

Working Location: Bangsar South

Company Background: IT Support

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Billing Management**:

- Generate and issue invoices for both internal and external accounts within the group.

**2. Data Verification**:

- Review and reconcile backend data to ensure billing accuracy.

**3. Payment Processing**:

- Handle payments and maintain accurate accounts receivable records.

**4. Inquiry Resolution**:

- Address and resolve billing inquiries and discrepancies promptly.

**5. Account Maintenance**:

- Update and maintain customer account information as necessary.

**6. Reporting**:

- Prepare and submit financial reports related to billing and accounts receivable.

**7. Collaboration**:

- Work with other departments to ensure accurate billing and financial reporting.

**8. Audit Assistance**:

- Support audits and reconciliations as required.

**9. Additional Duties**:

- Perform other related tasks as assigned.

**Skills Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in accounting or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a billing clerk or in a similar financial role is advantageous.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) is required.
- Proficiency in **Chinese**, including listening, speaking, reading, and typing. Relevant experience is a plus.
- Numerical Aptitude: Strong sensitivity to numbers and familiarity with **Excel pivot tables.**
