**Responsibilities**:
1. Planning the sequence of operations, coordinating with various departments, and efficiently allocating resources to meet production targets and deadlines.
2. Responsible for optimizing resource utilization, monitoring inventory levels, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.

3. Implementing quality assurance measures, conduct inspections, and address any issues related to product quality to maintain customer satisfaction and brand reputation.
4. Enforce health and safety regulations, conduct risk assessments, and implement measures to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace.
5. Lead and motivate production teams, providing direction, guidance, and support to achieve production goals.
6. Identify bottlenecks, implement best practices, and introduce new technologies or methodologies to streamline operations, reduce waste, and increase productivity over time.

**Job Requirements**:

- Possess at least a degree in Engineering or equivalent or Minimum 5 year working experience in relevant field.
- Independent, self-driven, and proactive individual.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
