**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
- Researching prospects and generating leads.
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
- Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
- Building and maintaining a CRM database.
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Participating in sales team meetings.
- Undertake any ad-hoc tasks, if needed.
- Promote and to secure orders for the company's products.
- Perform/implement sales promotion, sales strategies and provide solution.
- Provide work plan and weekly sales activity report.
- Achieve monthly KPI and sales target.
- Ensure good coverage and regular service to assigned accounts.
- Conduct market research and update latest market information, especially on pricing, products, logistics, market trend, consumer behavior, etc.
- Good follow up skill in both sales service and payment term collection agreed with company term.
- Team player who can work closely with the cross-functional team.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- 3 years above of sales experience.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Strong verbal and written communicator.
- Excellent phone and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
