Position : IT Helpdesk
Basic Salary : RM 2,800 - RM 3,400 + Allowances
Location : Petaling Jaya Trade Centre
Working Day : Monday - Friday
Working Hours : 9.00am - 6.00pm
**Job Scope**:
- Interact with customers and provide prompt assistance to address their needs.
- Gather customer information, analyze symptoms, and diagnose technical issues.
- Follow up with customers and schedule call backs when necessary to ensure issue resolution.
**Job Qualifications**:
- Minimum **1 year** of experience in IT Helpdesk support.
- Proficient in **spreadsheets** and **word processing software**.
- Strong knowledge of **Microsoft Windows** operating systems.
- Experience working with **network environments** in a professional setting.
- Familiarity with **other operating systems** (Linux, macOS) is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with **server administration** (Windows or macOS) is an advantage.
- Ability to troubleshoot **hardware and software issues** effectively.
- **Fresh graduates** with a strong technical background are encouraged to apply.
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,400.00 per month
