Job description

1. Identify equipment, instrument and gaging require calibration and update into master list.

2. To perform internal calibration or verification for inspection equipment.

3. Developing and documenting all quality process, update master list document into NIIX system.

4. Performing quality control and assurance checks on the production line.

5. Perform various tests on products including mechanical, visual and functional tests to verify quality.

6. Training and supervising other QC inspectors to maintain product quality.

7. Perform incoming material, in process and out going sampling checks.

8. Collaborating with related to ensure the quality of product guaranteed.

9. To do all outgoing check sheet for plating parts.

10. Verify and confirm daily reject part from QC Inspectors.

11. To perform 100% inspections together with QC Inspectors.

12. Circulate the internal quality information for all department concern.

13. Communication the daily problem among the QA staff regarding customers and suppliers related issues.

14. Ensure non conforming product is identified and segregate properly.

15. To monitor movement activity of rework, sorting and material disposition.

16. To perform any other jobs or duties as and when required by superior.

Minimum Skills / Requirement
- Analytical and problem solving skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Must be computer literate in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Familiarity with standards of the industry such as ISO, ANSI, ASTM etc.
- EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION
- Min SPM or Certification in Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical / Industrial / Manufacturing process or related field.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
