Purchaser Procument

Responsibilities: - Identify potential suppliers and vendors based on the organization's requirements - Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers to achieve favorable agreements. - Maintain effective communication with suppliers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure timely deliveries. - Receive and review purchase request from various departments. - Monitor the status of purchase orders and track deliveries. - Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of goods and services. - Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, contracts, and correspondence with suppliers. - Preparing and submission of tender regarding the specifications given Requirements: - Minimum Diploma or equivalent field of studies is preferred - Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations. - Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with suppliers and internal teams. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
