Job Description:

- Preparing corporate and personal tax computations and tax returns for timely submission to the tax authorities.
- Prepare tax returns Forms E/B/BE/P/TA/TP/C/PT & etc, prepare tax computation and e-filing.
- Monitor and administer submission of Form CP204 and CP204A.
- Liaise with clients and tax officers on tax related issues.
- Responsible for the proper completion of the assigned portfolio and meeting deadlines.
- Perform data entry, process payments, and manage bookkeeping.
- Prepare sales quotations, invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
- Monitor accounts payable/receivable and manage daily accounting operations.
- Reconcile sales and cash transactions.
- Maintain records of claims with supporting documentation.
- Assist with rental/utilities payments and follow up on overdue collections.
- Provide operational and management support as needed.
- Support sales data entry tasks.
- Undertake special assignments and ad-hoc duties.

Job Requirement:

- Possess sound knowledge of accounting principles and taxation
- 1-2 years of experiences in the taxation and accounting field
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
- Experience dealing with Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri (LHDN)
- Strong management potential, good communication & interpersonal skills
- Possess positive attitude, team player, able to multitask self motivated, work independently, and am able to work under pressure
- Possess a high level of initiative, responsible, commitment, a sense of urgency, and able to interact at all levels.
- Knowledge in ibizz software is an added advantage

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
