Front Desk Receptionist

1. Greet and assist customers / visitors to the appropriate person with positive helpful attitude.
2. Screen customers / visitors and assist them to their respective departments as needed with permission.
3. Inform staff about the arrival of customers/visitors.
4. Responding to all customer / client inquiries in a polite and timely manner.
5. Answer and handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
6. Responsible for answering all customer complaints through the company hotline and reporting the complaint to the person in charge.
7. Assist Corporate Communication Department in preparing hotline summaries.
9. Assist in key in all the details of the new complaints into the system and allocate the case to the section or department for further action.
10. Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
11. Maintain a safe and clean reception area by following procedures, rules, and regulations.
12. Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
13. Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable.
14. Adhoc instructed by superior.
QUALIFICATION
- SPM or Base on Expereinces
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
