**Role**:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the remittance and currency exchange branch, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise branch staff to ensure smooth customer service and operational efficiency.
- Ensure daily cash balancing, accurate reporting, and compliance with AML/CFT/CPF policies.
- Monitor branch transactions to detect unusual or suspicious activities.
- Provide leadership, training, and support to staff in handling remittance and forex operations.
- Maintain branch security standards and liaise with Head Office on operational issues.
- Assist in audits and regulatory inspections.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Finance, Business, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in MSB, banking, or financial services, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of AMLA, BNM guidelines, and compliance practices.
- Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
