Key Responsibilities:

- Perform general maintenance and repair work on hotel facilities, equipment, and guest rooms.
- Handle **carpentry** tasks (repairs, furniture assembly, doors, fittings).
- Conduct **plumbing** works (pipes, water supply, drainage, sanitary fittings).
- Maintain and repair **HVAC systems** (air-conditioning, heating, and ventilation).
- Perform **electrical** troubleshooting and repairs (lighting, power supply, wiring).
- Conduct **painting, plastering, and basic masonry work** when required.
- Carry out **preventive maintenance** according to schedule to minimize downtime.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and departments.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and safely stored.
- Assist with setting up equipment or facilities for hotel functions and events.
- Follow health, safety, and hotel standards at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Handyman/Technician, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of **carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and general repair work**.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments safely.
- Basic knowledge of **painting, tiling, and welding** is an added advantage.
- Ability to read technical manuals, drawings, and plans.
- Physically fit and able to handle lifting or manual tasks when needed.
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and respond to emergency call-outs.
- Minimum education: Technical/vocational certificate or equivalent.
