We are hiring a TMS Functional Analyst to join our Transport Department. You will work alongside other project and analytics team member and report directly to the Section Lead. The main task is overseeing, configuring, minor troubleshooting and conduct gap analysis of the TMS system. Your sub-tasks will include performing detailed analysis based on business function and requirements, documenting processes, identify critical success factor in building the insight to help business or operation achieve the KPI or any benefit from analytical perspective. To succeed in this role, you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical user as well as bringing valuable insight for business use.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct data gathering relating to the business overview and practices for new onboarding account into TMS System.
- Perform detail analysis, draft and structure the system design.
- Perform system onboarding by conducting system setup, integration setup, system testing through UAT until system go-Live.
- Perform troubleshooting wherever appropriate to assist user in getting works done. Raise any FBR or Change Request if there are any enhancement to the current system.
- Govern and maintain current master data.
- Export and extracting data from various sources such as WMS, OTM, LMS, Dispatcher, and others to develop meaningful insight for the departments. Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
- Effectively communicating your insights and plans to team members and management.
- Perform task assigned by immediate superior.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in computer science or; Logistics & Supply Chain
- Has at least 3-4 years experiences in ERP System related to transportation, logistics operations or distribution business (OTM, FMS, WMS, or others)
- Work well with MS Visio, MS Project, MS Excel or other project related tools.
- Certification from any recognized Data related course will be an added value.
- Possess own driving license to travel around when needed.
- Deep understanding of system architecture especially on the EDI function as well as system setup.
- Able to project from the inception through the delivery within schedule and budget.
- Well verse with analytical and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI and other tools with deep understanding of conducting descriptive, diagnostics, predictive and prescriptive analytics.
- Able to carry out task independently under mínimal supervision, strong team player and demonstrate ‘can do Attitude.
- Experience creating detailed reports, giving presentations and data story telling.
- Willing to learn about new concepts, systems, and methodologies in the industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate well with people from all backgrounds.
