- Participate in the development and implementation of new projects, including testing and quality assurance of new system / software in the department.
- Provide technical support to employees in the department, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely and professional manner
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals and guides
- Participate in the monitoring and analysis of system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
- Assist in the creation of e-learning materials from the manual training syllabus.Perform other duties as assigned by the team

**Your Profile**
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
**Requirements**:

- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or any related field
- Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking fundamentals
- Proficient in one or more programming languages, such as Python, Java, PHP,.NET, SQL, C++ or low-code platforms
- Knowledgeable in IT service management tools, such as ticketing systems and asset management software
- Preferable final year student with minimum 6 months internship period.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a team environment and collaborate with others

Nice to Have:

- Experience with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS or Azure
- Knowledge of database management systems, such as MySQL or Oracle
- Familiar with IT project management methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum
- Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Virtual BoxFamiliar with IT security best practices and protocols
