Responsible and assist in foreign worker, including permit and passport renewal, cancellation, FOMEMA, etc.
- To ensure foreign workers database is properly updated.
- Attending to government authorities on submission and renewal license.
- Liase with government agencies (immigration,JTK,KPDNKK,Majlis Daerah ETC)
- Provide administration support to the day-to-day operations of the HR department.
- Address employee concerns and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with investigations into employee complaints or misconduct as necessary.
- Assist with full spectrum of payroll process including Overtime, Attendance & etc.
- Perform general and administrative duties (license)
- Assist with generating HR reports and metrics related to employee turnover, recruitment, training, and budgeting.
- Training planning and execution

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Human Resources: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Bahasa (preferred)
