Company Overview

Our client is an established total logistics solution service provider based in Klang. It offers professional logístical solution designed to meet the various needs of importers and exporters. It prides itself with the services it provides its customers with the full backup of solid customer service and support.

**Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with customers on shipping documents and Shipping Liner/Freight Forwarders for EDO release and collection
- Responsible to do customs declaration via SMK system
- Responsible to arrange transportation
- Coordinate with related internal departments to ensure efficient cargo delivery
- Justify any cost of delays/damage by preparing reports
- To close folder on a timely manner for billing and close job

**Requirements**:

- Fast learner, responsible, friendly and a team player
- Committed individuals
- Attentive to details
- Willing to work at Taman Bayu Perdana, Klang
