**Position : Account Executive**

**Location**: Skudai HQ

**Salary**: RM3,800 - RM5,000

**Working Hours**:

- Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM Half-day (Alternate)

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and manage full sets of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Assist in the preparation of management reports, cash flow forecasts, and budgeting.
- Ensure timely submission of financial documents and reports.
- Maintain and improve accounting processes, internal controls, and financial systems.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting, preferably handling full sets of accounts.

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
