Assist Head of Division in implementation, maintenance, and improvement of laboratory management system.
- Coordinate with immediate superior/Manager in all aspects.
- To take any adhoc task assigned by immediate superior/Manager or management from time to time.
- To ensure housekeeping and lab equipments in good condition at all the time.
- Devoted in laboratory/factory daily operations and maintenance in accordance to standard operating procedures and safety practices.
- Responsible for ensuring proper sampling and sample preparation by Laboratory Technician for subsequent analysis by the analyst.
- Responsible for the wet chemical and instrumental analysis of all raw materials, in process and finished products including by
- products and external samples.
- Operation of all laboratory equipment for the above analysis.
- Pre-Operation checklist such as XRF status, water in the cooler, oil and C& S and gas levels in all gas cylinders.
- Ensured quality of the final products meet clients’ specifications to provide Certificate of Analysis (COQ).
- Responsible for proper storage of all the samples received for analysis in the storage room for future reference.
- Responsible for proper handling over and taking over of pending laboratory analytical works during shift change over.
- Coordinate Laboratory administration and operations (Procurement, Logistic and Warehouse) to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.

**Job Requirement**:

- Preferable Diploma/Degree in Chemist;
- Minimum 1 year working experience as a Chemist is advantaged;
- Able to communicate in both writing and speaking. (English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese and other languages is advantaged);
- Malaysian citizen only. Able to work in shift;

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
