**Full Job Description**
- Front desk responsibilities; Registration of patients into clinic management system and the various Third Party Administrator’s (TPA) portal.
- Administer medication to patients based on a doctor's prescription.
- Communicate with doctors about patients’ progress and condition throughout treatment.
- Liaise with medical assistant/nurse and patients in making appointments.
- Maintaining proper documentation; Update and document all medical care given to the patients into the clinic management system and the various Third Party Administrator’s (TPA) portal.
- Deal with inquiries to provide non-clinical advice and information on clinic services.
- To maintain clinic supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
- To perform daily billing management and ensure all transactions are tally with the taking before closing accounts.
- Assist doctor and medical assistant/nurse during medical examinations and minor surgical procedures if required.
- Ensure the clinic is kept clean and tidy.
- Maintain strict confidentiality in the patient’s medical and personal data.
- Monitor and order medicines, consumables and medical products.
- To perform other tasks as and when requested from time to time.

**Qualifications and experience**:
2. Possess Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) / Sijil Pelajaran Tinggi Malaysia (STPM) and/or Diploma in Nursing or Medical Assistant or any medical practice or its equivalent is an added advantage.

3. Proficient in oral & written skills for English and Malay. Knowledge of other languages is an added advantage.

4. Responsible individual, hardworking, willing to learn, multitasking and a team-player with high level of integrity

5. Pleasant personality with good communication skills. Able to handle stressful and difficult situation.

6. Must be computer literate.

Working hours : Morning Shift from 9.00am to 6.00pm or Afternoon Shift from 1.00pm to 10.00pm, Mondays to Fridays and 9.00am to 4.00pm on Saturdays.

Salary : RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month, depending on clinical

experience

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Wangsa Maju: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Clinical Assistant: 3 years (required)
