Technical Molding Production Supervisor

* Manage and lead a team of Production Operator and Technician. Direct and monitor day to day production activities for meeting production output, plan schedule, delivery and quality targets.
- Monitor production processes and workflow. Agilely adjusting schedules as needed.
- To liaise with quality control department on quality related matter.
- Troubleshooting, take corrective and preventive action on daily defective and output performance.
- Upkeep production, maintenance and facility condition in workplace is up to standards.
- Coordinate program to ensure mold, machine and equipment are regularly maintained or calibrated in order allow to operated efficiently with minimum breakdown.
- Ensure production operating parameters are adhered to and followed strictly and within specification.
