Update and monitor food safety management system (Procedure, HACCP manual and Food safety manual) following actual practice.
- Prepare Certificate of Analysis upon customer request
- Monitor & continously update the regulation [Malaysia Food Act 1983 / Exporting countries]
- Liaise with Sales personnel/government for any regulation changes (local/exporting)
- Involve & assist in all regulatory audit, customer audit, supplier audit and internal audit.
- Monitor pest control activity is in place (internal & external) and communicate regularly with external pest controller for any outbreak situation.
- Review trending analysis provided by PCO & take necessary action if any.
- Propose yearly budget which is related to QAQC department.
- Complete task / project assigned by HOD

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
