Wine Specialist

Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in selecting wines that suit their preferences and occasions.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing wine display that highlights new arrivals and seasonal selections.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure optimal stock levels and manage product rotation to maintain freshness.
- Stay informed about new wine releases, industry trends, and local wineries to offer informed recommendations.
- Host wine tastings and educational events to engage customers and promote knowledge about various wine offerings.
- Collaborate with management to develop promotional strategies and marketing materials for wine sales.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior staff in wine knowledge and customer interaction techniques.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the wine or beverage industry.
- Extensive knowledge of wines, including grape varietals, regions, and food pairings.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an engaging personality.
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate the retail schedule.
- Preferable Non -Muslim

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
