We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented F&B Cost Controller to join our team at Mid Valley City.

**Responsibilities**:
**Cost Analysis**
- Conduct regular analysis of food and beverage costs to identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor and evaluate cost trends, pricing, and vendor performance.

**Budgeting and Forecasting**
- Assist in the development of annual budgets for the F&B department.
- Work closely with the finance team to provide accurate and timely financial forecasts.

**Inventory Management**
- Implement effective inventory control measures to minimize waste and pilferage.
- Conduct regular physical inventories and reconcile with system records.

**Vendor Management**
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms, prices, and delivery schedules.
- Evaluate and select vendors based on quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.

**Menu Engineering**
- Collaborate with the culinary team to analyze menu profitability and recommend pricing adjustments.
- Identify and promote high-margin items while controlling costs.

**Reporting**
- Generate and present comprehensive reports on F&B costs, variances, and financial performance.
- Communicate findings to relevant stakeholders and recommend corrective actions.

**Compliance**
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting principles, and relevant regulations.
- Implement and enforce internal controls related to F&B cost management.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an F&B Cost Controller in a similar upscale hospitality environment.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and financial software.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
