**Responsibilities**:

- To provide planned teaching to students, monitor performance on a daily basis, and provide corrective and descriptive feedback throughout the learning process.
- To demonstrate knowledge and understanding of individual students.
- To demonstrate written evidence of preparation for classes, including both long-term and short-term planning.
- To be familiar and cognizant of the IGCSE Syllabus and Finland Curriculum.
- To assess students’ achievement levels.
- To correct and mark work in a timely manner, and provide descriptive written and verbal feedback to support student learning.
- To vary teaching techniques and resources/materials to suit students’ learning styles, motivation levels, needs, and capabilities.
- To develop and implement a classroom management plan that emphasizes a tidy and orderly learning environment.
- To test and evaluate students’ abilities, record grades, check and register attendance, and prepare Performance Reports for parents.
- To supervise students outside the classroom and ensure responsibility for assigned areas as directed by the administration.
- To help uphold and enforce school rules and administrative regulations both inside and outside the classroom.
- To keep accurate and complete written records for all parent meetings, student meetings, and behavioral or disciplinary incidents.
- To maintain professional relationships with colleagues, students, and parents.
- To attend and participate in all staff meetings.
- To accept responsibility for extra-curricular activities.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 4-5 years of teaching experience, preferably in an international school environment.
- A recognized degree or professional qualification in a related teaching field.
- Familiarity with the IGCSE Syllabus and/or Finland Curriculum.
- Strong classroom management skills and effective communication abilities.

**Start Date**:
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
