**Required Skills**:
1. Java Development: Advanced proficiency in Java programming with hands-on experience in frameworks like Spring and Hibernate.

2. Banking Environment Expertise: In-depth understanding of banking systems, workflows, and compliance requirements.

3. Shell Scripting: Proficiency in writing and maintaining scripts for task automation and system optimization.

4. Splunk: Hands-on experience with Splunk for log analysis, monitoring, and performance troubleshooting.

5. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams, manage deliverables, and ensure project success.

6. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to address technical challenges effectively.

Preferred Skills:
1. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

2. Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

3. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

4. Exposure to messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ.

5. Understanding of database management and performance tuning (e.g., Oracle, PostgreSQL).
