Supervise daily restaurant operations.
- Greet and assist customers, answer questions, and handle complaints professionally.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth food service operations.
- Ensure all opening and closing procedures are completed accurately.
- Lead, train, and support service staff.
- Arrange staff duty roster, including shift changes, replacements, and ensure proper coverage during busy periods.
- Make sure all hygiene and safety rules are followed.
- Monitor inventory levels to reduce waste and support cost-saving efforts.
- Perform cashier duties.
- Minimum 1 -2 years of experience in a supervisory role within F&B industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and guide a team.
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. (mandarin is a plus).
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Energetic, service-oriented, and actively involved in daily operations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
