**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and execution of strategies to expand Targeted Acquisition coverage.
- Be involved in data analysis, reporting and data entry work; helping to derive insights from seller acquisition activities, helping to inform strategic decisions and refine business development strategies.
- Collaborate with team members to compile valuable insights and best practices for continuous improvement.
- Provide additional operational support as needed, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of the Targeted Acquisition team.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications
- Actively enrolled University student
- Have a proactive attitude. Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and contributing to business development initiatives. Take initiative in identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Be a team player. Able to collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive team environment. Display a strong willingness to assist in various tasks to support team goals.

Preferred Qualifications
- Adaptable and thrive in an evolving business environment. Adapt quickly to changes and demonstrate flexibility in tasks and responsibilities.
- Have great communication skills. Able to effectively convey ideas and insights, and also comfortably engage with potential clients through various communication channels.
- Possess strong research skills; with the ability to gather and analyze information from various sources, translate research findings into actionable strategies.
