CONTRACTOR shall provide qualified and experienced Consultants for the SCOPE OF WORKS which shall include but not limited to the following: (a) On-site QC Supervision of any operations conducted prior to, during or post survey operations for: - Heavy lift barge or vessel, to QC the positioning, navigation and surveying tasks perform by the Survey Contractor in support for the installation of jacket, topside, bridge, and other structures - Lay barge or vessel, to QC the positioning, navigation and surveying tasks perform by the Survey Contractor in support for the installation rigid or flexible pipeline/flowline, submarine cable, etc. - Work vessels, to QC the positioning, navigation and surveying tasks perform by the Survey Contractor in support for the installation of FSO/FPSO/FLNG and her mooring system, and the associate field structures (PLEM/PLET, MWA, flexible flowlines/umbilical, etc.) - DP Diving/ROV Support Vessel, to QC the positioning, navigation and surveying tasks perform by the Survey Contractor in support for the subsea structures inspection survey operations; (c) Monitor CONTRACTORS overall performance based on the contract specifications and requirements of the agreed schedule of work. (d) Approve acquired data as acceptable and complete to be processed. (e) Liaise with facilities personnel in regard to PTW, in the absence of COMPANY SITE REPRESENTATIVE. (f) Provide daily written summaries detailing all pertinent or salient points relating to navigation and positioning aspects of the survey operation. The reports shall include précised rationale adopted for decision making. More detailed descriptions will be included within the end of project final report. g) Working Experience Must have experience in handling: - Minimum 5 assignments to offshore structure construction, installation and inspection survey project(s) within the last 5 years as QC Surveyor - Fifteen (15) offshore structure construction, installation and inspection survey assignments as surveyor for the last ten (10) years.
